As the Church continues her journey of renewal and synodality, the need today is not simply for effective programs, but for leaders formed in depth — men and women grounded in a mature interior life, capable of listening attentively and discerning faithfully in the Spirit.
In response to this mission, the Ignatian Spirituality Center (CIS Vietnam) presents four integrated formation programs: Spiritual Direction Training, Training for Formators, Pastoral Leadership in a Synodal Church, and Ongoing Formation for those currently serving in positions of leadership.
Rooted in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, these programs are designed as a coherent path of human, spiritual, and pastoral formation — cultivating interior freedom, discernment, and responsible leadership in service of the Church.
CIS seeks to partner with dioceses and religious communities in fostering a sustainable culture of listening, discernment, and communion — strengthening leaders from within so they may serve the People of God with clarity, resilience, and fidelity to the Church’s mission.
